Mrs. Magillacutty Goes To Hell and Back (2006)

WELCOME!

December 2, 2010

As many of you already know, my old computer died several weeks ago, taking with it the software with which I created and edited The Glory Road for the past 14 years.  The Lord appears to be leading in the direction of this Blog, for now anyway.   As you may already know, in the Blog format, the latest writing appears first.  If you missed a previous one, scroll down, or type the name of the article into the “Search” window.  I’ve been playing around with this method since before Thanksgiving, trying to get the hang of it.  Earlier efforts appear below.  It’s not as fancy as the original website, but words are words and this is one way to get them out.

Here’s Mrs. Magillacutty:

Today’s story is dear to me, and parts of it (the comments made on the bus trip through Jerusalem by the Israeli guide), happened when we were treated to a trip to Israel by my generous sister and brother-in-law, Dr. Mary Blatter and Dr. Bob Blattner, in 2005.    You can read the story at this link: Mrs. Magillacutty Goes to Hell and Back. If you missed the first one.  It can be found at this link:  Mrs. Magillacutty Collides With Christmas.

All our writings, except the last two, are on The Glory Road, so you can browse through them as always.  I think there’s a place here for you to make comments, but if that makes you feel intimidated or uncomfortable, please just send us an e-mail like you usually do.  We always enjoy hearing from you.  Our e-mail address has not changed since we’ve been on the Internet:

The old saying is that nothing stays the same except change, but it seems that on the Internet, and especially in the technical gadgets we use to access it, things change at a whirlwind pace.  Not to worry, the Lord has us covered.  This website has always been about what He directs and what pleases Him.  We have learned as many of you have, that what He calls us to do, He always empowers and enables us to do.  Thank You, Lord!

Love and blessings,

Lenny and Jan Antonsson
